This rare vintage Red New Mexico vase, features layers of vibrant brick to pink to purple hues both inside and out, with the deep inner color made more visible by the generous lip. Extremely unusual piece: no other piece even remotely like it will ever be made again by Josh. See note below for provenance. This vase was exhibited in a 2010 show called “From 60,000 Miles Away: The Glass Galaxies of Josh Simpson,” at the Emerson Gallery at Hamilton College.
